摘要
溶液培养试验结果表明:S 素营养对碳索同化有重要影响,缺 S 水稻叶绿素含量及光合作用速率明显降低,植株体内糖、淀粉含量下降;供 S 不足还影响了水稻蛋白质的合成,植株体内游离氨基酸总量及非蛋白态氮含量提高,而蛋白态氮含量下降.此外,S 还影响水稻对其他矿质元素的吸收.供 S 可显著提高水稻产量.
The results of hydroponic experiment showed that sulfur deficiency decreased chlorophyll contents,net photosynthesis rates and sugar as well as starch contents of rice,indicating that sulfur nutrition has significant effect on carbon assimilation.Sulfur deficiency increased total free amino acids,non-protein-N contents,but decreased protein-N contents,suggesting that sulfur is a necessary element for protein synthesis.With sufficient sulfur supply,rice grain yield increased significantly.
