摘要
测定了３５头青海白唇鹿的１９项血清生化指标。结果为：Ｎａ＋１３８．１±５．８４ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ，Ｋ＋５．７５±０．７３ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ，Ｃａ２．４２±０．２０ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ，Ｐ－２．３３±０．３８ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ，Ｃｌ－１０２．２±６．０３ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ，总蛋白８７．５０±６．１７ｇ／Ｌ，白蛋白５９．１８±６．９６ｇ／Ｌ，球蛋白２８．３４±５．２６ｇ／Ｌ，Ａ／Ｇ２．１９±０．５９，血清蛋白质组分（％）：Ａ６７．５７±５．７８，α１１．９０±０．８５，α２２．６５±１．１４，β８．５９±１．９４，γ１９．２９±４．０９，ＵＮ９．２４±１．４８ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ，ＧＰＴ２８９．９±１０２．２ｎｍｏｌ·Ｓ－１／Ｌ，ＧＯＴ６２５．３±２４９．５ｎｍｏｌ·Ｓ－１／Ｌ，ＺｎＴＴ２．１２±１．２０孔氏单位，ＴＴＴ１．１８±０．３９麦氏单位，总脂５．５７±１．２５ｇ／Ｌ，总胆固醇３．８４±０．９４ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ，游离胆固醇０．９５±０．４０ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ，胆固醇酯２．８９±０．９６ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ。公鹿与母鹿的各项指标无显著差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。
