摘要
以AS树脂作为聚合物凝胶电解质基体,乙腈和四氢呋喃作为混合有机溶剂制备准固态染料敏化太阳电池。经过各个组成的优化,聚合物凝胶电解质电导率(30℃)达到5.11mS/cm,准固态染料敏化太阳电池的光电转换效率在100mW/cm^2光强下达2.56%:温度对聚合物凝胶电解质的电导率的影响;通过在聚合物凝胶电解质中加入纳米聚吡硌添加剂,准固态染料敏化太阳电池的光电转换效率在100mW/cm^2光强下提高到3.23%。
A polymer gel electrolyte with ionic conductivity of 5.11 mS/cm was prepared by using poly (acrylonitrile-co- styrene) as polymer matrix, acetonitrile and tetrahydrofuran as binary organic mixture solvent, NaI + I2 as electrolyte, and polypyrrole nanoparticle as additives. The influence of temperature on the ionic conductivity and photoelectronic properties of dye-sensitized solar cell were investigated. Based on the polymer gel electrolyte with the optimized conditions, a quasi-solid -state dye-sensitized solar cell was fabricated and its overall energy conversion efficiency of light-to-electricity of 3.23 % was achieved under irradiation of 100 mW/cm^2.
