基于物质流分析方法的区域可持续发展动态研究——以广东省为例 被引量:27

Dynamics of Regional Sustainable Development based on Material Flow Analysis:A case study in Guangdong Province

摘要 为探讨区域可持续发展的程度,本文综合运用物质流分析方法和IPAT方法,对广东省经济系统在1990年~2005年期间的自然物质输入与物质输出进行计算分析,并与江苏省进行了对比。结果表明,广东省的物质利用效率在1990年~2005年期间低于江苏省,物质输出效率在1990年~1996年、2000年~2005年期间高于江苏省,在1997年~1999年期间低于江苏省;物质消耗强度在1990年~2005年期间高于江苏省,物质输出强度在1990年~1996年、2003年~2005年期间低于江苏省,在1997年~2002年期间高于江苏省。2001年~2005年是其中发展最好的一个阶段,初步实现了可持续发展,在此期间,广东省经济系统在保持自然物质输入少量增加(DMI年均增长5.47%)的基础上实现了经济的较高速发展(GDP年均增长13.95%),同时污染物质排放量增长较小(RPO年均上升1.68%)。 The environmental and economic domains of a social system are coherently linked with each other, and can be examined by material flows. To study the relationship between economic development and environmental pressures of an economic system, the material inputs and outputs of economic system in Guangdong Province during the period from 1990 to 2005 were calculated and analyzed using material flow analysis (MFA) and IPAT methods. Moreover, some indicators in Guangdong Province were compared with those in Jiangsu Province. The results show that material utilization efficiency in Guangdong Province is lower than that in Jiangsu Province during the period from 1990 to 2005. Material output efficiency in Guangdong Province is higher than that in Jiangsu Province during the period from 1990 to 1996 and the period from 2000 to 2005, but it is lower during the period from 1997 to 1999. Material consumption intensity in Guangdong Province is higher than that in Jiangsu Province during the period from 1990 to 2005. Material output intensity in Guangdong Province is lower than that in Jiangsu Province during the period from 1990 to 1996 and from 2003 to 2005, but it is higher during the period from 1997 to 2002. Due to the implementation of sustainable development policy, from 2001 to 2005 Guangdong Province economic system obtained a higher development rate based on the maintaining less increase of natural material inputs. At the same time, material outputs increased slowly. In order to obtain the sustainable development of economic system, low-speed population growth, and high-level technological R&D must be enhanced to increase the efficiency and decrease the intensity of material inputs and outputs.
