摘要
分析了半再生重整装置二段混氢换热器膨胀节失效破裂的原因。根据换热器膨胀节安装部位、结构、管壳程物料温度和压力,提出了膨胀节焊接方案、预膨胀量调整方案并实施改造。校核了换热器受热温差线变形量与膨胀节伸缩量,均满足强度要求、变形要求以及工艺操作条件。
Reason of invalidation failure was analyzed on expansion joint of second stage exchanger of mixture hydrogen in semi-regenerative reformer. According to fixed location or structure of expansion joint, temperature and pressure of stream of tube and shell sheet, welded scheme and adjusted program of advanced expansion value of expansion joint were put forward,and then reconstructed measure of expansion joint was implemented. It was checked that magnitude of line rate of change of differential thermal and quantity of extend or retract of expansion joint. Results showed that expansion joint satisfied intensity or distortion and process operation condition and demand.
