摘要 着重介绍了高灵敏度电子倍增CCD的发展现状。在固体成像器件中嵌入可控的全固态电荷雪崩倍增寄存器,使信号电荷在读出过程中得到雪崩增强,实现高灵敏度成像探测。通过详细论述EMCCD的组成结构及其工作原理,了解它潜在的能力与优势。最后讲述了它的应用前景。 This paper refers to the recent progress toward ultra-sensitivity EMCCD. The all-solid charge avalanche multiplying registers are incorporated into the device, and signal charges are multiplied during the readout process. Thus the gaze-imaging is realized. By detailing the components and the operating principle of the device, its potential advantage will be clear. Finally, the paper states the future of its application.
