摘要
分析我国职业运动员社会保障现行的法律体系,严峻的社会现实与我国当前社会保障法律体系滞后甚至缺失构成了强烈的反差。研究认为,应以权利理论、社会公平理论、社会支持理论为基础,改善现行职业运动员社会保障法律体系的不足,从而建立一套适用性强的法律法规和司法程序。
The present legal system of social security of the professional athletes shows that the social legal system lags behind the social development. Therefore, a set of legal regulations and judicial procedures and improve the professional athlete social security legal system based on the right theory, the social justice theory, and the social support theory must be established.
