生物活性玻璃在四肢骨不连及骨缺损中的应用 被引量：3

摘要 目的探讨生物活性玻璃治疗四肢骨不连及骨缺损的临床疗效。方法应用生物活性玻璃配合内固定治疗四肢骨不连及骨缺损83例。骨不连部位：肱骨中下段15例,尺桡骨中段11例,股骨远端9例,胫骨上段7例,胫骨远端19例。新鲜骨折骨缺损15例,良性骨肿瘤骨缺损7例;术后定期进行患肢功能及影像学评价。结果手术均获成功。术后经4~25个月（平均10.3个月）随访,所有骨不连骨缺损部位均达骨性愈合,患肢功能恢复满意,患者未见明显不良反应。结论生物活性玻璃治疗骨不连、修复骨缺损安全可靠、方便有效,可在一定程度上代替自体骨移植。
