胎儿唇腭裂畸形的二维及三维超声诊断分析 被引量:17

摘要 目的探讨胎儿唇腭裂畸形的声像图特征及最佳检查时间,以提高唇腭裂的产前超声诊断率。方法采用二维及三维超声对孕20周以上胎儿进行产科常规检查,重点观察胎儿颜面部结构。结果8000名孕妇,筛出胎儿唇腭裂13例,漏诊1例,检出率为92.31%。结论孕22~32周为超声检查胎儿唇腭裂最佳时机,二维及三维超声为产前诊断胎儿唇腭裂畸形的主要手段。 Objective To evaluate the ultrasonography appearance of the fetus cleft lip and palate malformation and choose the best checking time to improve the diagnostic accuracy for cleft lip and palate malformation. Methods To examine pregnant women with gestation age of over 20 weeks were examined by using two-dimensional and three-dimensional ultrasound imaging. The nose-lip structure of those fetuses was obeserved. Results Thirteen patients were diagnosed correctly among 8000 pregnant women, 1 case was missed. The diagnosis rate of cleft lip and palate was 92.31%. Conclusion The 22th-32th gestational week are the best time for ultrasound examination for cleft lip and palate. The two-dimensional and three-dimensional ultrasound examinations are the main method for the diagnosis of cleft lip and palate malformation in prenatal period .
