摘要
建立快速、简便的测定葡萄酒中酒精度的方法。以蒸馏水为背景,利用傅立叶变换近红外光谱透射法直接对葡萄酒样液进行测定,建立了葡萄酒酒精度定量分析模型。该方法具有良好的线性相关性,近红外光谱法与实验室标准分析方法测定结果基本一致,其预测相关系数(R2)和平均相对误差为0.998、0.5401%。该方法重复性好,具有操作简单、快捷、无污染等诸多优点。
A simple method for rapid determination of alcoholicity of grape wine was established. The mathematics model for quantitative analysis was developed by using transmission technology with distilled water background and calibrating with the partial least square (PLS) algorithm. The linear ranges of the method was very good and the result determined by near infrared spectroscopy coincides with that by standard method, the determination coefficient (R^2) and the mean predicted relative error was 0.998,0.5401% .The method has the advantages of better repeatability, shorter testing time, easier operation and contamination.
