摘要
简要阐述了送电工程项目的特点,分析了送电工程进度、成本、质量间的关系,根据送电工程项目进度管理的特点,指出进行进度管理应遵循的原则,并结合我国国情和各送电公司的实际,详细探讨了送电工程施工进度管理,针对影响施工进度的因素,提出了预防措施,以消除各种不利因素。
This paper illustrates the characteristics of power transmission engineering project, analyzes the relationships among the progress, cost and quality of power transmission engineering, points out the principle should be followed during progress management according to the characteristics of power transmission engineering project progress management, discusses the construction progress management of power transmission engineering combined with the situation of our country and the practical situation of various power transmission companies, and proposes preventive measures in light of the factors influenced construction progress, in order to eliminate all kinds of negative factors.
