摘要
通过对我国建设监理企业发展中面临问题的分析,根据国外工程咨询业发展的新趋势,指出实行全过程项目管理是我国监理企业今后发展的必由之路,归纳提出了建设监理公司向项目管理型公司转轨的若干策略,以资借鉴。
Through analyzing on the problems in the develop of construction supervise company, it points out that it is the only way to the develop of supervise company of our nation of carrying out program management in the whole progress, puts forward some strategies of the construction supervise company transform to the project program management enterprise, to give a reference.
