摘要
目的:评价磁共振弥散成像(DWI)鉴别肾上腺肿瘤的价值及表观弥散系数与肿瘤细胞密度的相关性。方法:对经手术病理证实的35个肾上腺肿瘤病变进行DWI检查,分析ADC值与细胞密度的相关性。结果:肾上腺肿瘤ADC值与其细胞密度负相关。以b值取800s/mm2时,ADC与肿瘤细胞密度的相关性最大。结论:ADC值是鉴别肾上腺肿瘤性质的有效参数,与肿瘤细胞密度有很好相关性,DWI对肾上腺肿瘤鉴别具有价值,是对常规磁共振的有益补充。
Objective: To evaluate the value of diffusion weighted imaging (DWI) in distinguishing between benign and malignant adrenal tumors, and the correlation between ADC value and the cellularity density. Methods: Thiry-five adrenal tuners underwent DWI. The compuled mean apparent diffusion coefficients (ADCs) of the Adrenal lesions and cell density were then correlated.Results: There was negative correlation betweort the ADC value and the tumor cellularity of adrenal tumors, the optimal extent was obviously when b was equal to 800s/mm^2. Conclusion:The ADC would be an effective parameter in distinguishing between malignant and benign adrenal tumnrs. Tumor cellularity has a significant influence on the ADCs obtained in both benign and malignant adrenal tumors. DWI is valuable for differentiate adrenal tumors and is a useful supplement for conventional MRI examination.
