摘要
随着我国对矿产资源的需求与日俱增,目前国内资源已无法满足我国经济发展的需要,从国家的战略及矿业长远发展的角度看,充分利用国内、外两种资源已势在必行。但境外矿业开发将不可避免面临诸多风险,需要认真应对。
Along with rapid increase of demand on mineral resources, the domestic mineral resources are unable to meet requirement of economic development. From the viewpoint of strategy of national mining industry＇s sustainable development, it is necessary to exploit sufficiently the home resources as well as foreign resources. But it is inevitable that people have to face many risks when exploiting mineral resources in foreign countries. These risks must be handled with care.
