熔渣下钢液真空吹气脱氮动力学模型

摘要 在多功能真空感应炉中进行熔渣下钢液真空吹气脱氮的实验研究基础上,根据氮在钢—渣和渣—气间的化学反应及传质边界层理论,建立了脱氮动力学模型,给出了钢液脱氮的理论计算公式。理论计算的脱氮率与LFV炉生产实际脱氮率结果基本相同。 Based on the experimental results of denitrogenization of molten steel under vacuum with bubbling during VIM process with fluxes, boundary layer theory of mass transfer and the chemical reactions of nitrogen occurring in slag metal and slag gas interfaces, a kinetic model of denitrogenization has been developed and calculation formulae of denitrogenization have been derived. The calculated results are in good agreement with these of LFV furnace practice.
