摘要
对汽车单十字轴万向节传动过程中的不等速速比和角增量率进行了分析,给出了计算公式,依据主、从动轴轴线的夹角ε,利用公式可准确计算出从动轴任意转角β点的不等速速比、主动轴对应转角α、速比为1点的β1角、角增量率为零处的转角β_0。得出了不等速速比在π转角内既不对称又不均衡的结论,为机构运动的等速匹配和不等速设计提供了一种准确、简便、实用的计算方法。
According to the analysis of the unequal velocity ratio and the angle increment in vehicle single spider universal joint motion,the calculating formula is presented,based on the angle ε between active-passive shaft line,and using formula can accurately calculate the unequal velocity ratio of the passive shaft random angle β point,the active shaft corresponding turning angle α,the ratio equal-1 point corresponding β1 angle,angle increment rate equal-0 corresponding turning angle/3 ,.The result indicates that the unequal velocity ratio is asymmetry and imbalance within ~r rotation angles. The calculation method is accurate,simple and practical for motion mechanism equal velocity mating and unequal velocity designing.
