摘要
中国和韩国的公务员制度相差较大,两国的政治立场不同,政治原则不同,用人标准不一,根本利益各异等等。对中韩公务员制度进行比较研究,有利于我国公务员制度的建设、创新和完善。
The difference of civil service system between China and Korea is relatively large. The political standpoints, the political principles, the standard of choose the right person and the fundamental interests of two nations are all different, etc. Compare civil service systems of China and Korea, will benefit to our country＇ s construction and innovation of civil service system.
