In this paper,the nutritions materials in tea leaves and their effects on human body,the manufacturing of tea drinks and seventeen kinds of tea health food,the methods that TPP,catechin and caffeine are abstracted from tea leaves and their uses are introduced in details The improtant significance of developing tea leaves prodccts in Yunnan economy is discussed
