分析了我国的自动测试技术的现状、与国际自动测试技术水平的差距。
Analyses the present state of automatic test technology in China, the difference of the technoloty between China and developed countries, discusses the developing process of automatic test technology in developed countries and the new standard of test VXI bus and its developing tendency.
