摘要
系统研究了在酸性条件下,铋(Ⅲ)-碘化钾-罗丹明B-聚乙烯醇离子缔合体系的荧光反应,发现该离子缔合物的形成能引起该条件下显色剂的荧光熄灭,铋(Ⅲ)的浓度在0.2~4μg/25ml与显色剂的荧光熄灭值△F有良好线性关系,据此提出了水相中直接测定痕量铋(Ⅲ)的高灵敏荧光分析法。许多常见离子不干扰铋(Ⅲ)的测定,选择性较好。本法用于测定黄铜和低合金钢中的痕量铋,结果满意。
In this paper a high sensitive method for the determination of trace amounts of bismuth has been reported. The method is based on the fact that bismuth (Ⅲ) forms a ternary complex with KI and rhodamine B in the presence of polyvinyl alcohol resulting in quenching of the rhodamine B's fluorescence in aqueous solution. This method has been applied to determine trace amounts of bismuth in steel and brass with satisfactory results.
