摘要 现代建筑是能源及材料消耗的重要组成部分,随着地球环境的日益恶化和资源日益减少,保持建筑材料的可持续发展,提高建筑资源的综合利用率已成为社会普遍关注的课题。欧美等发达国家对建筑材料资源的保护与可循环利用问题意识较早,已开展大量的研究与广泛的实践,如传统建筑材料的可循环利用、一般废弃物在建筑中的可循环利用及新型可循环建筑材料的应用等等,且大多由政府主导,以"自上而下"的方式形成对建筑资源保护较一致的社会认同。目前,我国对建筑材料资源可循环利用的研究已取得突破性成绩,但仍存在技术及社会认同等方面的不足,中国与发达国家在该领域还存在差距。 Nowadays architecture is the important part of energy and material consumption. With the shortage of resources and the worsening enviroument, the sustainable development of building materials and the improvement of resource efficiency have been concerned by more and more people. Developed countries such as Europe and America have made researches on this problem, and made widely practices, such as cychcal utilization of traditional buildings materials, cyclical utilization of abandoned resources in architecture and application of new recyclable building materials, reaching the social approval in architectural resources, which is guided and planned by the government ,. Great success has been achieved in the research on cyclical utilization of buildings materials in China, but it still has some disadvantages in technology and social approval. The paper also analyses the development of the field in China and the difference between China and developed country.
