摘要
参考近10年来的研究成果,论述了甘薯糖蛋白、甘薯多糖、甘薯多酚的化学组成及其生物学功效,并对有关研究热点进行了展望.
Based on the latest research result in recent 10 years, this paper provides an overview of the chemical constituents and their biological effects about the sweet-potato glyeoprotein; sweet-potato polysaeeharide, and sweet-potato plyphenolie. In the end, the paper points out their hot areas of research.
