臭氧-生物活性炭工艺对有机物致突变性的影响 被引量:1

Influence on mutagenicity of organic matter with ozonation/BAC process

摘要 以南方某市水厂的中试试验为基础,结合Ames试验,重点研究了臭氧-生物活性炭工艺对饮用水中有机物致突变性的影响.结果表明,砂滤水表现为致突变阳性,其中的致突变物质为移码型致突变物而不是碱基置换型致突变物,臭氧活性炭工艺可去除水中部分移码型致突变物,使得致突变阳性水转化为致突变阴性水. Influence on mutagenicity of organic matter in drinking water by using Ames test with ozonation,/BAC (biological activated carbon) process is evaluated based on the pilot scale experiment in a water treatment plant in South China. The results indicate that the mutagenicity in water is caused directly by the mutagen of direct moving code type and not by the base exchange mutagen. Part of the mutagen of direct moving code type is removed by ozonation/BAC process. The process reduced the mutagenicity level from positive to negative.
