摘要
基于运动链拓扑图环路的数组描述及环路数组之间的相互运算,给出通过基本环数组之间的相互运算构成组合环的算法及其条件,并给出运动链的唯一数字特征描述。然后,以Windows为平台,以VC++6.0为工具,利用面向对象的程序设计方法,开发了一套集运动链拓扑图绘图及唯一数字特征描述——特征邻接矩阵和特征描述代码自动生成的计算机程序。此程序的最大特点是不管运动链拓扑图的画法形式如何改变,顶点标号方式如何改变,计算机都能自动生成其唯一数字描述,从而实现运动链拓扑图的唯一数字化,并为机械概念设计的自动化、智能化和网络化创造了条件。结果表明,提出的程序解决了机械概念设计过程中运动链拓扑图的唯一数字描述方式难以计算机自动实现问题。
Based on the loop's array representation of kinematic chains and their inter-operations, the arithmetic and the conditions of creating the combination loops as well as the unique digital characteristic representation are presented. Then, with Visual C++6.0 and object-oriented programming method, an application software system is developed on the Windows platform. It can not only draw the topological graph but also create automatically the unique digital characteristic representation the characteristic adjacency matrix and the characteristic representation code. The most important characteristic of this system is that it can create automatically the unique digital representation of kinematic chains even when their drawing modes and labeling ways change. Thus the unique digitalization of the topological graph of kinematic chains is realized, which benefits automation, intelligence and network of mechanism conceptual design. The problem that the unique digital representation of the topological graph of kinematic chains can not be computer-generated automatically is solved in the process of mechanism conceptual design.
