摘要
现代模式识别分析与集成技术是建立智能信息系统的重要支撑,也是发展中医智能系统的重要支撑。前期医疗专家系统大多没得到临床应用的原因之一,是以逻辑为基础采用大量的规则来描述与实现专家系统难以奏效,虽然后来采用人工神经网络等方法,但系统性能的改进不明显。近十几年来,随着人工智能的进展以及所遇到的困难,以人为主、人机结合的智能系统得到发展,人的智慧和机器的高性能相结合这一理念成为国际共识。人们认识到,一条有效的途径是进一步把综合集成(metasyn-thesis)的构思用于智能系统的建立,把人的智慧多次地注入系统之中,充分发挥了模式识别分析与集成技术优势,使系统的识别及反映综合能力的水平得到较大提高,这将为建立新的中医专家系统提供有力的支持。
Advanced pattern classification, analysis, and meta - synthesis makes an important support for the establishment of an intelligent information systems. In the early period, most medical expert systems did not involve clinical applications, as these expert systems were built on traditional logics and rules. Later, expert systems have been upgraded to use artificial neural network (ANN) approaches, though the system performance didn't show meaningful improvements. In recent years, along with the development of AI, people have paid more attention to an intelligent system featured with human -machine interactive symbiosis. Combining human intelligence with high performance machine has become a common trend both at home and abroad. An efficient way is to build an intelligent system using meta - synthesis proposed by Chinese scientists. It incorporates multiple human intelligence implantations in an intelligent system, taking full advantage of pattern classification, analysis, and meta -synthesis, and improving the system's recognizing and synthesizing capability. This will be a powerful support for establishing a new TCM expert system.
