摘要
采用正交试验设计,运用计算机对实验数据进行最优化处理,从而确定了甲醇与碳酸二甲酯共沸物分离的最佳工艺条件。以此工艺路线分离所得的DMC纯度为99.87%,收率达87.5%。
In this paper,separation of dimethyl carbonate from its azeotrope with methanol using optimization was studied.It was found that azeotrope agent,filler,evaporate,ratio of reflux remarkably influence the separation effect of azeotrope.Optimum condition of processing was determined by the experiment.
