摘要
利用两段式和三段式冷却方式进行低Si-Mn含Nb、Ti热轧双相钢实验,通过合理的工艺参数控制得到了细小的铁素体基体上均匀分布的马氏体组织,屈强比为0.6,强度级别为550MPa级热轧双相钢。并分析讨论了工艺参数对组织性能的影响,为现场工业试制提供了理论基础。
The hot-rolled low Si-Mn containing Nb.Ti dual phase steel was investigated. Based on the control of two steps cooling and three steps cooling, 550MPa grade dual phase steels which consists of martensite island uniformly distributed in fine-grained ferrite matrix were developed. The paper analyses the effects of technological parameters on microstructure and mechanical properties and supplies theoretical basis for industrical experiment.
