摘要
综述了板料成形中有限元数值模拟技术的发展,介绍了国内外板料成形研究现状、应用水平、常用模拟软件和板料成形的数值模拟的前处理、有限元分析以及后处理,详细分析了CAD建模、有限元建模以及算法的选择以及常见的起皱、破裂、回弹成形缺陷,并指出了今后的研究方向。
Summarizing the development of the Finite Numerical Stimulation (FNS) in the sheet forming. Introduing the actuality of the sheet forming investigation, the application level,the familiar stimulation software in home and abroad, in this paper,also involving the preprocessor, the finite analysis and the postprocessor of the numerical stimulation in the sheet forming, analyzing CAD modeling,the finite modeling,the arithmetic select and he deformation defect which usually include the crinkle, the cracking and the springback. This article also points out the investigation direction for the future.
