摘要
以石油焦为原料,采用KOH化学活化法考察了破炭比、活化温度、保温时间以及原料粘度对活性炭吸附性能的影响。结果表明:以石油焦为原料可制得比表面积大于3200m2/g的高比表面积活性炭。这种活性炭的碘吸附量、亚甲基蓝吸附量和苯吸附量为常规活性炭的2~4倍.且孔径分布窄,孔容大。
The effects of the ratio between poassium hyroxide and petroleum coke, the activation temperature and time, the size of raw material on the adsorption properties of activated carbon from petroleum coke by KOH - activation have been investigated. The results show that activated carbon with high speeitic arca which is greater than 3200m2/g can be prepared from petroleum coke. The iodine, methylene and benzene adsorption amount of this activated carbon are all 2~4 times as much as these of normal ones. And it has large pore capacity and narrow pore size distribution.
