摘要
针对自动络筒机用金属槽筒槽形结构非常复杂,国产化难度很大的现状,介绍了整体精密铸造技术,同轴向对开、砂芯与活块相结合的开模方案,解决了花瓶状槽形的倒拔模问题,成功开发了质量符合工艺要求、达国外产品水平的金属槽筒,并形成了小批量生产能力。
The metal grooved drum is the key element for the auto-winding machine. The progress of domestication is very slow due to its complicated structure,Qingdao Tongchun Machinery and Technology Co. , Ltd employs a mold making layout using integrated precision casting technology,making in-line mold intergrated with sand insertion and movable block, thus problems of pattern drawing and reverse molding solved,a successful development of metal grooved drum qualified with the process requirement. And small lot production is put into practice.
