烟叶叶绿素金属配合物制备及其降低主流烟气CO的效率 被引量:2

摘要 采用微波破壁法提取烟叶叶绿素,并对其金属配合物在主流烟气中的CO降低率进行研究.结果表明:烟叶叶绿素制备的最佳工艺条件为微波辐射60 s,溶剂乙醇用量为液固比8∶1,提取温度60℃,提取时间30 m in,此时提取率可达81.52%,比传统工艺提取率提高了20%;主流烟气中去除CO的最佳条件为:温度30℃,ρ(叶绿素铜钠盐)=1 g/L,剂量为100μL/支,此时CO降低率可达15.55%.经评吸,加入叶绿素金属配合物后,卷烟原有风格保持不变,刺激性降低. Chlorophyll in tobacco leaf was extracted by microwave radiation technology. The reducing rate of CO was studied. It result showed that the optimum preparation condition of chlorophyll in tobacco leaf: microwave radiation time was 60 s;The rate of liquid-solid was 8:1 ;the extraction temperature was 60 ℃, the extraction time was 30 min,rate of extraction was 81.52%. Compared with the traditional methods, the efficiency was improved 20%. The optimum condition of scaling CO : the temperature was 30 ℃, the content of sodium copper chlorophyllin was 1 g/L,dose was 100μL, CO reduction rate was 15.55%. Sensory evaluation by panelists indicated that the smoking quality and the cigarette inhere taste had no change.
