摘要
将真实孔的轮廓假定为正多边形,用正多边形的内外接圆的半径之差表示真实孔的圆度公差,采用有限元软件对不同圆度开孔的应力场进行分析,并根据计算结果估算不同存活率下孔的疲劳寿命,讨论圆度对开孔疲劳寿命的影响。数值模拟结果表明,在此假定条件下,孔的圆度公差越小,孔的疲劳寿命越大;在相同存活率下,孔的圆度公差与孔的对数疲劳寿命呈二次曲线关系。
Profile of real round hole was assumed as regular polygon and the tolerance of roundness of real round hole was expressed with the difference of radii between inscribed circle and circumscribed circle for the regular polygon. Finite element method was used to analyze the stress field around the hole with different tolerance of roundness. On the basis of calculation results, fatigue life of the hole was predicted with given survivability and the effect of roundness of the hole on fatigue life was discussed. Numerical results showed that on this assumed condition, the smaller the tolerance of roundness is, the longer the fatigue llfe of hole. An approximate quadratic curve has been found to suit the relationship between the tolerances of roundness and their logarithmic fatigue lives with given survivability.
