在不同的历史时期,西方政府介入市场的方式是不同的。西方政府的经济职能有一个不断发展演变的过程。我们从中可以得到如下启示:在市场经济发展的不同阶段,政府干预的范围是不同的,政府职能的强弱和活动范围的大小是随着生产力发展水平和市场发育程度不同而不断变化的;万能的市场是不存在的,万能的政府同样也是不存在的;不同的国家有自己在某种程度上取得了成功的国家干预模式,并没有一种万灵的模式可供实行市场经济的国家沿袭。各国只能通过探索寻找适合本国国情的国家干预模式。
In different historieal perinds . there are different intervention modes of western governments, the economic functions of western governments have been struggling for development and improvement . We could take from enlightenment as follows： In the different develnpment phases of modernoriented economy , there are different extension of government intervention, the weak or strong and great or small government functions are changing in terms of the productivity development Level and market development extension ; Omnipotent market is not existent , nor is omnipotent goverument; To some extent, the different governments have their own sueeesslul intervention modes, no one omnipotent mode couhl be used by all countries . All governmerits have to explnre and search tor intervention modes suitable to their own national conditions.
