摘要
在简述我国经济适用房发展现状的基础上,文章分析了经济适用房发展中的诸多弊端:有悖于市场规律;地方政府的阻力;建设、销售缺乏政府主导;受益人群难以甄别等。提出了加大监控力度、推行置换业务、完善房改金融业务政策、严格区别对待普通商品房和经济适用房等政策建议。
