摘要
研究了山楂叶中黄酮的提取和检测方法。以水为提取溶剂并用微波法提取,山楂的提取物质酸解后,以甲醇:水(60:40)为流动相,检测波长365nm,流速为1.0mL/min。山楂叶中槲皮素、牡荆素和异鼠李素的含量分别为3.69mg/g、7.98mg/g、2.02mg/g,回收率分别为99.03%、96.28%、100.19%。该提取和测定方法经济适用、效果好,而且具有简单、准确、快速等优点。
To study the extraction and determination of flavone in the hawthorn leaves. The contents of flavonoid aglycones in hawthorn leaves were detected by HPLC after the extraction by microwave. Using the water as the melting agent and methanol (60:40) as the mobile phase. The determination wavelength was at 365 nm and the flow rate at 1.0 ml/min. The contents ofquercetin, vitexin and isorhamnetin were 3.69, 7.98, 2.02 mg in I g hawthorn leaves. The recoverys of quereetin, vitexin and isorhamnetin were 99.03%, 96.28%, and 100.19% respectively. This extraction and determination of flavone was not only economic applies but also simple, accurate and rapid.
