摘要
随着社会的进步和科学技术的发展,生物医学模式已经逐步转变为“生物-心理-社会”医学模式。现代医学模式对医学教育的人文内涵提出了更高的要求,医学人文精神和人文关怀应该在高等医学教育中得到应有的体现。当前高等教育仍存在对人文教育的认识片面、将人文科学置于自然科学的对立面、对人文教育与科学教育的关系处理不当、存在重理轻文教育的倾向、教育目标单一、忽视学生的综合素质培养等弊端:高等医学院校可从以下几个方面进行人文教育:在医学科学教育中培养人文精神和加强人文科学教育;整合人文教育内容,调整人文教育方法;发挥校园人文环境的作用;组织具有人文精神的实践活动;培养学生树立以病人为中心的理念.
With the progress of society and development of science and technology, the biomedical mode has already changed into " biology-psychology-society" medical mode. Modem medical mode has put forward higher requirements for humanistic nature in medical education, so the medical humanistie spirit and humanistic concern should he given due reflection in higher medical, education. Many drawbacks have affected medical education, such as one-sided understanding of humanities education in medical education, placing humanities on the opposing side of natural science, improper handling of the relationship between humanities educa- tion and science education, overemphasis on scienees but belittling humanities, single educational goals, and neglect of students' comprehensive quality development. Medical colleges and universities can carry out humanistic education in the following respects: developing humanities spirit and strengthening humanities education in medical education, integrating the humanities education contents, adjusting the humanities education methods, giving play to the function of the campus humanities environment, organizing the practice activities reflecting humanities spirit, and developing the patient-centered conception in students.
