摘要
以一种四自由度搬运机器人为研究对象,基于UG实现了该机器人零部件及其装配实体的三维参数化建模,并运用UG的二次开发工具建立机器人零件库;在建立结构运动分析方案后,实现了该机器人的运动仿真和动态特性的模拟,并对关键零件进行了有限元分析。
A four-DOF robot is studied in this paper, the 3D parameterized models of the parts and the assembled robot solid are modeled by UG. The secondary development tool of UG is studied and the parts library is established. The project for kinematic analysis is presented to realize the kinematic and behavior dynamic simulation. According to the working principle of the robot, the typical part of the robot is analyzed by the FEM.
