论述了图书馆人力资源开发与管理的重要性,分析了高校图书馆人力资源开发与管理的现状,提出了加强高校图书馆人力资源开发与管理的措施。
This paper expounds the importance of human resource development and management of the library,analyzes on the present situation of human resource development and management in university library,and advances some measures for strengthening human resource development and management in university library.
