摘要
阐述了引入学生助理协助图书馆开展读者服务工作的可行性,提出了以社团形式引入学生助理应注意的问题。
This paper expounds the feasibility of introducing the student assistants to help the library to develop the service for readers, and advances some problems that should pay attention to while introducing the student assistants with the association form.
