摘要 牛鞭效应是供应链管理中存在的一个棘手问题。牛鞭效应的解决对于降低供应链成本,保证供应链正常运作具有十分重要的意义。在订至点(Order-up-to)补货模式下利用指数平滑法构建了牛鞭效应的量化模型。通过分析算例中的数据得出产生牛鞭效应的因素,主要包括:信息分散化、提前期、不合理的供应链结构等。针对相应的因素提出了相关的控制策略:实施信息共享、缩短提前期、确定合理的供应链结构等。从正反两方面论证了上述三个牛鞭效应控制策略的合理性和局限性,针对其局限性,提出了相应的对策。 This has constructed the bullwhip effect quantifying model using the index smoothing procedures, under the Order-up-to supplying goods pattern. Based on the data of experimental design, it obtains the factors which cause the bullwhip effect, These factors include: information decentralization lead time, unreasonable supply chain structure. Proposes related control strategies in view of the corresponding factors, implementing information sharing, reducing lead time, designing the reasonable supply chain structure. It has proven the effect Bullwhip control strategy rationality and the limitation from the pro and con two aspects which the existing literature involves. In view of its limitation, proposes the corresponding countermeasure.
