摘要
以高效产氢细菌群为实验用菌种,采用单因子试验方法,主要研究光合菌群在不同条件下生长制氢过程中由于放热所引起系统温度的变化规律。结果表明:在不同的产氢条件下系统温度随着产氢时间的延长均有明显的变化规律,即光合生物制氢过程中系统温度均有不同幅度的升高。初始温度、接种量和光照强度对系统温度变化有显著影响,从其对温度变化影响看,光合制氢过程中选用初始温度30℃、光照强度2000lux、接种量40%较适宜。
The temperature changes of PSB hydrogen production were studied at the different experimental conditions. The experiment results showed that the temperature increases with increasing the time during the efficiently hydrogen production PSB group. Effects of initial temperature, illumination and inoculation on the system temperature, and its duration were obvious, according to variations of system, 2000lux illumination, 30℃ temperature and 40% inoculation were appropriate for the biological Hydrogen Production of PSB.
