摘要
棉织物经壳聚糖溶液浸渍处理后,用X、KN、K型活性染料和直接蓝4BL进行染色,探讨壳聚糖处理温度、时间和浓度对织物染色性能的影响。试验结果表明,最佳浸渍工艺条件:温度60℃、时间30 min、壳聚糖浓度1%。棉织物用壳聚糖浸渍处理后再染色,浮色少、色泽稳定、摩擦牢度较高,且上染速率加快、匀染性好,大大降低盐用量。
Cotton fabric was undergone chitosan immersion followed by dyeing with X type, KN type and K type reactive dyestuffs and direct dyestuffs individually. The influence of immersion temperature, time and concentration of chitosan on dyeing behaviors of cotton fabric was discussed. The optimum process of chitosan treatment was that immersing cotton fabric in 1 % chitosan solution at 60℃ for 30 minutes. The dyeings featured less loose dye, higher color fastness to rubbing, better levelness, furthermore, dyeing process could be carried out faster and lower salt addition.
