哮喘患儿血清白细胞介素17、基质金属蛋白酶-9和免疫球蛋白E水平测定的意义 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨哮喘患儿血清IL-17、基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)和IgE水平测定的意义。方法选取哮喘患儿28例为哮喘组,健康患儿14例为对照组。采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附试验(SELISA)测定二组患儿血清IL-17、MMP-9及IgE水平,并行相关分析。结果哮喘组患儿血清IL-17、MMP-9和IgE水平均显著高于正常对照组(Pa<0.01)。哮喘组患儿血清IL-17、MMP-9水平均与IgE呈显著正相关(r=0.395,0.940 P<0.05,0.01);而IL-17与MMP-9无相关关系(r=0.338 P>0.05)。结论IL-17与MMP-9均参与哮喘患儿呼吸道炎症反应和呼吸道重建。 Objective To explore the changes of the levels of interleukin-17(IL-17),matrix metalloproteinases-9(MMP-9) and immunoglobulin E(IgE) in serum of asthmatic children and analyzing the correlation.Methods Twenty-eight asthmatic children and 14 healthy children were collected to determin the levels of IL-17,MMP-9 by sandwich enzyme linked immunosorbent assay,and the correlation of IL-17,MMP-9 and IgE in serum were analyzed.Results The levels of IL-17,MMP-9 and total IgE in serum of asthmatic children were significantly higher than that of control group(Pa〈0.01).The statistic analysis showed that the levels of IL-17 and MMP-9 presented positive correlation with the level of IgE(P〈0.05,0.01),but there was no relativity between IL-17 and MMP-9(P〉0.05).Conclusions The levels of IL-17 and MMP-9 increase in asthmatic airway inflammation.IL-17 and MMP-9 play an important role in asthmatic airway inflammation and airway rebuilding.
