摘要
MDY-400型棉花打包机的研制成功对发展我国棉花加工事业有着极具深远的意义和推广应用价值。由于机架工作时承受400吨的巨大压力,因此强度和刚度以及使用寿命是设计中必须重点考虑的问题。应用MSC有限元分析软件,以昆船集团研发的设备为例,计算了三种机架结构的刚强度和疲劳寿命,得出了机架的应力、位移和疲劳寿命,为设计者方便地找到应力危险区以及结构中薄弱的部位,从而改善结构设计提供了可靠的理论依据。
The successful development of MDY-400 packer was very important for our country cotton industry. Because of the huge pressure from hydraulic piston, designer must pay special attention to the intension,hardness and fatigue life of principle frame. Applying MSC FEA software, based on the equipment developed by KSEC, three kinks of structure were computed through FEA. The stress and deformation and fatigue life were attained. So it provided an efficient way for discovering danger zone and improving structure.
