摘要
研究了以聚酯二元醇,TDI和三羟甲基丙烷为原料,对PVB进行改性,合成出单组分的三元接枝共聚水性聚氨酯改性胶粘剂,对共聚接枝机理进行初探。同时对乳液固含量、吸水性、胶膜的透气性、pH值、初粘性和粘接强度等进行了检测,各项性能指标均符合要求。胶粘剂气味小,无污染,使用方便,是一种环保胶粘剂。
Using the polyester diols, TDl,trimethylol propane and PVB as the raw materials, the single-component waterborne ternary graft copolymer polyurethane adhesive was synthesized. The preliminary, study of the graft copolymerization mechanism was presented in this paper. The solid content, the water absorption, the membrane permeability, pH value,the tackiness and the bonding strength for the adhesive were determinated. The results showed that the various performances of the adhesive are to meet the requirements. Furthermore, the adhesive has small odor, pollution-free, easy to use,and is an environment-friendly adhesive.
