摘要 目的:报道带血供第2跖骨底、伸拇短肌腱皮瓣移植修复外踝复合组织缺损的解剖基础与临床应用效果。方法:应用带足背血管的第2跖骨底、伸拇短肌腱、足背复合组织瓣移植一期修复外踝伴皮肤和下胫腓韧带缺损。结果:施术4例,重建后外踝外形近似正常,骨瓣愈合时间为3 ̄4月,踝关节功能满意。结论:该术式可修复不同类型的外踝复合组织缺损,有操作简单、易行和受区适应性大等特点。 Objective: To explore the anatomic basis and clinic effects of microsurgical repairing on the multiple tissue defect of the lateral ankle adopting the complex tissue flap of the base of the second metatarsal bone and the flap of extensor hallucis brevis. Methods: The complex tissue flap of the base of the second matatarsal bone and extensor hallucis brevis pedicled with the dorsal artery of foot were used to repair the defect of skin on lateral ankle and the inferior tibiofibular ligament. Results: For 4 cases, the shape of reconstructed lateral ankles was near to the normal one. After 3 to 4 months healing, the function of ankle recovered satisfactorily. Conclusions: This method is simple and reliable, and the operation can be used to repair different kinds of lateral ankle defect.
