摘要
为满足出疆原油管道设计的需求,对北疆原油和吐哈原油分别进行了添加降凝剂的评价试验。在快速降温试验的基础上,进行了设计管输工况下添加降凝剂输送和罐内储存的模拟试验,并确定了北疆原油和吐哈原油适用的降凝剂、理想的热处理温度、加剂浓度及加剂站点,论证了两种原油通过一站加剂热处理之后实现常温输送和储存的技术可行性。提出了应用新型高浓缩降凝剂的设想并作了技术经济分析。
To meet the need of design of Urumchi-Lanzhou Oil Pipeline.the evaluation experiment of depressant injection is made on Northern Xinjiang Crude and Tuha Crude. Based on the test of high-speed temperature-drop, simulation experiment on depressant injection under designed transportation condition and oil storage experiment are carried out,and the depressant applicable for Northern Xinjiang Crude and Tuha Crude, ideal heating temperature, depressant injection concentration and injection position are determined. The result demonstrates that both kinds of oil are feasible to be transported and stored at ambient temperature technically through one-position injection of depressant. Suggestions on applying a new concentration of depressant for both oils are put forward.and technical and economical analysis is made.
