摘要
为保证烟气排放达标,将锅炉原除尘系统改造成脱硫除尘系统。内容包括:缩小文丘里除尘器喉管尺寸,以提高烟气流速;在水膜除尘器内部增设3层旋流板和1层除雾板;改造脱硫除尘液系统,使用 pH 值为8~10的脱硫除尘液(NaOH 溶液);增设脱硫除尘液 pH 值计反馈自控装置。经过改造后,烟气的烟尘、SO_2含量符合要求。对改造后烟气带水等问题进行了分析,提出解决方法。
In order to ensure that flue gas mission reaches the standard, the original dust removal system is reconstructed into a desulphurization and dust removal system. The reconstruction includes reduction of throat size of Venturi scrubber to increase flue gas velocity, addition of three layers of cyclone plates and one layer of demisting plate in water film collector, reconstruction of desulphurization and dust removal solution system, and use of NaOH solution with pH of 8 to 10, addition of pH meter feedback au- to-control device for desulphurization and dust removal solution. After the reconstruction, the dust and SO2 contents in flue gas meet the emission requirement. The problems of water existing in flue gas and so on after the reconstruction are analyzed, and the solutions are put forward.
