摘要
目的建立测定复方薄荷脑滴鼻液中樟脑含量的方法。方法采用紫外分光光度法,在289nm波长处测定樟脑的含量。结果樟脑质量浓度在1.50~3.50mg/mL范围内与吸光度线性关系良好,回归方程为A=0.217C-0.0303(r=0.9999),平均回收率为100.1%,RSD=1.4%(n=9)。方法精密度的RSD=1.7%(n=5)。结论所建方法简便、准确、重现性好,可用于复方薄荷脑滴鼻液的樟脑含量测定。
Objective To establish a method for determining camphor in compound menthol nasal drop. Methods The ultraviolet spectrophotometry method was adopted. Camphor was used as the reference substance and the detective wavelength was set at 289 nm. Results The method displayed a good linear relationship in the range of 1,50-3,50 mg/mL for camphor, the regression equation was A =0. 217 C- 0.030 3 (r=0,9999).The average recovery rate was 100,1% with RSD of 1,4% (n=9).And RSD of method precision was 1,7% (n =5). Conclusion The method is simple,accurate,repeatable and suitable for the determination of camphor in compound menthol nasal drop.
