简单介绍了建筑企业面临的主要风险,针对建筑企业面临的主要风险,提出了详细的控制措施,并在风险控制的基础上构建了建筑企业全面风险管理体系,以帮助建筑企业搞好风险管理工作,从而提高建筑企业的经济效益。
Major risks faced by construction enterprises are briefly introduced. According to those risks corresponding control measures are proposed. Based upon risk control overall risk management system is established for construction enterprises in order to help enterprises to do risk management work well and increase their economic benefits.
